Fatal Error
the last couple of days I've been getting a "fatal error" and then a window pops up asking to send this message to ArenaNet reporting said fatal error. Then the game logs out to the login page. Has any one else been seeing this and is it a legit message from ArenaNet or some new scam?
thanx.

Yes, there is a fatal error report function in Guild Wars. It is legit, and I encourage you to send the error report. It helps with bug fixes!

I second that - any fatal error that crashes GW but not Windows ( a rare occurrence) will throw up that requester. It's legit.

send it in, and if it still occurs for another couple days, I'd re-install the gw.dat file; it's prob. corrupted. :/

No, just search for gw.dat on your most recent disk (EotN is latest), put that in your GW folder then run Guild Wars with the -image switch.
